Brief > Deposit 50%-100% > Sketch > Check > Line art, Base color > Check > finished > Pay the rest > Send the work
The following conditions and terms are provided by the artist.
Commissioning artist will be considered acceptance all conditions & terms including future changes or modifications of such conditions and terms.
—————————-- The artist works on a regular turnaround of 5 days to 3 months.- Editing big details or major details more than 5 times will have additional charge 5$ /time.- Main brief changes is not allowed after finished the sketch.- No refunds are allowed unless I have no update or can’t finish your commission more than 4 months.- Client will receive full-resolution digital file of the commission via online download such as Email ,Google drive or etc.- The commission file will be .jpg, .png and .psd format. For .psd will be add 3-20$ depend on layers separated.- The display size of the commission is set at a default maximum resolution of 3500px * 3500px - 300 dpi (sRGB IEC61966-2.1). Can discuss custom display size. A large display size will add additional fees.- Personal commission can personal use only. Not allowed for commercial or advertising proposes. If want to change to commercial use, you can ask and discuss with me first.- Not allowed for NFT and AI learning purposes.- Always check the artist's contact channels for commission progress updates and always confirm the correctness of the commission. If there is no confirmation from the client, the artist may not proceed with the commission until the client confirms. If there is no response from the client for more than 1 month, the commission will be considered canceled and no refund will be given.- Please download commission file in 2-3 months. I may delete the commission file to clear my drive storage.- Do not claim the work's full credit as yours. The commissioner has ownership of the artwork, and I, the artist still retain certain rights as artist credits. You can give a credit to the artist by artist’s name (AMASYLLISS) or artist’s social media links.- Not allowed to edit the commission’s work without permission. Change background color and adding text is fine.- For making products to give away
1) If it is distributed to promote trade or gain benefit from the work, commercial prices will be charged.
2) If it is a giveaway for personal use, without any help promoting the product or trading, commercial prices will not be charged. But the original digital files cannot be given away for free without permission.- Payment through Paypal (+fees) or Thai banking only. When confirmed the commission, please pay within 24 hours.
